2021 Ningbo Schedule (Online)

The format for BtS 2021 Ningbo (Online) will involve asynchronous presentations but synchronous discussions to allow for participation across multiple time zones. Thus, please watch the panels in advance, and then join us for the 1 hour discussion sessions on each panel as per the schedule below.

The organising team for this year are based in the UK, China and Canada and so we’ve provided schedule information in Eastern Standard Time (EST), British Summer Time (BST) and China Standard Time (CST). We know not all presenters are joining us from those particular time zones, but we’ve tried to take everyone’s locations into account when scheduling. Inevitably, not all participants will be able to ‘attend’ all panel discussions, but all papers will be available on the BtSN You Tube Channel for the duration of the conference.

As with many conferences at this time, the format might be quite unfamiliar to presenters and attendees alike. If you do have any questions about the format (or anything else) please do contact the organizing committee in advance at besidesthescreen@gmail.com. You are welcome to also contact us via out social media channels, but please note that we do not monitor these accounts as regularly and so email is the best way to contact us. Also, during the conference itself, we will be busy with conference organization and so may take longer than usual to reply.
